today I bought $13.02 aveeno product in store, then came home and ordered 4 neutrogena wipes $27.96 online, but I did not get the $10BC for $40 Neutro/Lubriderm/Aveeno.ConfusedConfused
The store receipt shows the neutrogena offer balance is $13.02
so with the wipes, the total purchase is $40.98 and should get the $10BC

I had a similar issue. Earlier this week I purchased four wipes and a body wash online which should have had $37.31 tracking. I just placed an order containing a $5.75 cleanser which after $2 L2C should have brought me to $41.06, but I did not get the $10 Neutrogena / Aveeno deal despite being credited for other BC offers. Frown

They didn't count for me for the $10/$40 Neutrogena deal.

The Neutrogena Skin Balancing cleanser that some stores have on clearance does count for the $10/$40 Neutrogena deal plus the $10/$40 Beauty deal. The digital coupon didn't come off, but the $8/2 printable from coupons .com scanned.

4 wipes bought in-store counted towards the $10/$40 Neutrogena, Aveeno, Lubriderm.
4 wipes & 2 Lubriderm online earned $8, $8, $10/$40 beauty. Receipt in the store showed only cost of Lubriderm tracking for N/A/L.


BB Tastefuls, 5 oz. can are shelf price $1.59, rang up $1.49. Earned $5 BC wyb 2.
Lubriderm is 20% off shelf price in case your stores don't hang tags. $1 peelies and $2.50 rebate for 16 oz.

Seems like more and more people are having this issue. Did you do the online order later in the week? I'm wondering if maybe they stopped the wipes from counting for N/A/L deal. Mine definitely counted but I ordered the wipes on Sunday.

Yes, late in the week. I bought in-store early in the week, online later.
I didn't call about it, just took the loss.

OAN, I have BCC for Nestle. $4 BC wyb $11.
Bagged candy is on sale 2 for $7 earn $2 BC.
Bought 4 bags of Nestle crunch bars. Received the expected $4 BC AND a $2.50 OYNO from Ferrero USA.
Also a $8/$50 cat q.
Cashier made a mistake. Had to return/rebuy.
Received another $2.50 OYNO and $8/$50.

I had similar problem but only at one local store. in this store, none of the Neutrogena products I tried tracked for the Neutrogena buy $40 get 10BC,but counted correctly for the other BC trackings. The SM returned the items and repurchased still the same problem. He gave me a $10 RA gift card in the end. Luckily Neutrogena items tracked correctly at other local stores.
