Yeah....t-mobile deals not as good as last year.

So, my calculation for two phone 14s this year is:
Phone 1 = $719.99
Phone 2 = $719.99
Taxes $86.40 (6% sales tax)
Total = $1,526.38
Rebate = $630
Total = $896.38

If you assume 3 months of $20 per line plans ($180 total), your total out out pocket for two unlocked iphone 14 is $1076.38 (or $538.19 each).
> New Line Required
why is that a requirement always? do they expect us to make babies every year around September?
It's funny that Costco only accept Visa card but the rebate is Master card

No sales tax in Oregon. They really get us on the property tax though.

I went in to t-mobile , they said 1000 for iPhone 11 Pro/max, and 800 for iPhone 11 and XR. Did you get 1000 for an iPhone 11? Thanks

You quoted the wrong person.

After reading this entire thread, I went into a T-Mobile store last night and did the following:

1. Traded in my iPhone 11, which they gave me $1000 for (when traded toward iPhone 14 Pro Max). Amount paid in bill credits over 24 months.

2. Ported over from Visible, joining my wife's Magenta Military account and claimed the $200 port in credit.

3. Paid $35 "assistance fee".

4. iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB $1099 - $1000 trade in, -200 port credit, +35 fee = net profit of $66.
Went to a T-Mobile store where they said 800 trade in for an iPhone 11, and 1000 for the 11 pro/max. Did you get 1000 for a 11? Thanks

3. Correct
4. Yes!
A. You can only do this at the kiosk, and with phones that are in stock
B. Probably not. I did it with the Essentials plan last year but the kiosk reps will try to get you to upgrade to one of the Magenta plans.
C. None. Nada
How much is the tax and fees for the essential plan? Would like to know if it would be cheaper when tax and fees are included. Thanks.

It was about $10 for 2 phones for taxes so about $100

I BOGO 4 lines of iPhone 14 128gb at local Costco yesterday with an essential plan, and two lines of BYOD, the bill will be 135$ after auto pay.
Rebates: 680$ + 680$ + $300 + $300

I would like to know if I could unlock the devices without opening the iPhones and activate them?

Not yet. Have the same question
My advice is get the f away from T-Mobile ASAP. I have a recording that I made this morning where a representative admitted that they outright rejected every single submission for this promotion. Complete fraud IMO. I even stated that I was recording it and asked him to restate what he had said to me. If y'all want me to publish that recording somewhere as proof I will get it done. I've been a T-Mobile customer for six years and this is the second time there has been a big issue with a promo and I am done.

Did anyone get the rebate approved so far, any early adopters?
I was rejected. No explanation. I called and was simply told to resubmit. My advice is get the f away from T-Mobile ASAP. I have a recording that I made this morning on my second cell back where a representative admitted that they outright rejected every single submission for this promotion. Complete fraud IMO. I even stated that I was recording it and asked him to restate what he had said to me. If y'all want me to publish that recording somewhere as proof I will get it done. This is scary. When did you submit your rebate and when did it get rejected? What should we do in this case? There is no way to file a complaint anywhere, BBB etc?

The excuse he gave me eventually is that the sku was not in their system yet. And promised everyone resubmitting will get their rebate. He is probably right. Ndoesnt change the fact that this is shady shady business practice. It's not like promotions is a different company. You dial 611 and they connect you to promotions.

When did you submit your rebate initially? How long did it take to get it rejected?
