FYI Fire Toolbox is limited on newest Fire OS. I forgot to disable OTA on my daughter's HD8 and now Play Store is broken and won't install nor update apps.

I was also being charged shipping in addition to CA recycling fee, $4 each. Chat support was very confused so I placed the order over the phone. They confirmed shipping is free and applied "OFFER", which ended up saving me an additional couple bucks because they taxed it based on 29.99, vs 44.99 if i placed it online. Thanks OP

I'm not sure. You can go to Amazon's trade-in page and go through motions to see if your device qualifies. All you really want is that 20% off coupon, which comes of the retail price of the item and then the BF discount comes off that.

checked 2 separate orders, both changed from delivery date to "Contact CS" and in Order Detail marked as "Backorder"
