So if it's just blades that you need, there's no point in wasting money on another trimmer.

I use mine with just the blade and I have cut anything. Though I'll still use my normal razor if I let things grow out for awhile and I just grab a handful of my nutsack and go to town with that and haven't cut myself either.
I have this. It's ok to trim up the pubic area but I wouldn't use it on your jewel bag.
Yea this is also my major complaint. I wish I could flip the blade around.
