I went to their store last year. They had no clue what deal I am referring to. Have it on apps only eliminate their uninformed employees, much better.

Agreed, last year not too many stores knew about it. Before I remember the code, not anymore, some store just gave me the JJ with the receipt only showing the large drink purchase.

This year only downside is only 1 use in app. So if I want both it for lunch and dinner I need to have another account.

Any ideas what counties are included? I live in Santa Barbara county, which is included in some SoCal promotions (such as Disneyland) but not others.

Not seeing anything in the Carl's app under 'Offers'. Chik-Fil-a offers work great.

I wonder if these companies realize when you irritate people with shitty apps or hard to get offers it does the exact opposite of what they intended. Worst one to date for me is still Rubio's buy $100 gift card and get $20 gift card for free. First they send me the $20 dollars in 4 seperate gift cards and then the cashiers make me enter in the 15 digit code for each card anytime I wanted to use them. I went to a few different cashiers and my gift cards would not scan and had to be entered by ME mannually! I will never buy Rubio's gift cards again. Barely eat there now, but sure dont miss a lunch or two per week at Chick-fil-a.

Maybe Wednesday I will get a offer... Fu@king stupid.

Just a note: don't claim the code if you're not completing the order.

I tested to claim the code early morning but couldn't put in any order because stores around were still closed. And now I lost that code saying already claimed. It doesn't save the code once you tap redeem for later use.

Well, the Carl's app sucks. I signed in, did the order and put the code it and it said it successfully took it. However when I went to the payment page it didn't show the discount. I went back and tried to enter the code again and it said sorry you've already used the code. I'll give it another try next week and see if it works, otherwise app is getting deleted.

Seems like the app works differently for us? Because I have difference experience and it worked for me. I also tested in early morning before store is opened, hit redeem to make sure the code works on my app. But I didn't hit 'Place Order'. I waited 15 min later to check, the code is saved and still show up on screen with 1 drink and 1 burger I chose. A few hours ago, I opened the app again and went to pick up order no problem.
