Start with Elden Ring. It's the easiest and most accessible of the franchise. It was the first one I beat and now I'm moving through Dark Souls 3 pretty smoothly.
Planning on going back to Demon's Souls next.

Fairly positive demon souls is free if you have ps plus essential which is the highest tier of ps plus.

Picked up demon souls (ps5) for $15 and Grid Legends (ps5) $10 at Walmart last night. Probably very YMMV, but if your there, worth a look.

Is there a reason to buy Nioh 1, 2 again, as I have all the versions in PS4? Demon's Souls PS5 is worth to play again.

I went wild with dark souls and equipped no armor and fought with dual cestus. I died a lot. But after some levels and maxing out the upgrades and high agility, it's actually quite powerful.

Demons Souls is actually probably the easiest one in the series. Even compared to Elden Ring. Elden Ring is easy with the mobs but some of the bosses crank the difficulty way up.

if you're really into nioh and want to replay them or continue your ng+ runs then i'd reccomend the ps5 version.

the ps5 has a 4k/60fps or 1080p/120fps mode and the near instant load screens.
