TCL® has agreed to pay $2,900,000 in a new class action settlement alleging that the company misled consumers by falsely advertising TCL TV's. The class action lawsuit alleged, on behalf of consumers, that TCL advertised certain TV's as "120Hz CMI", "120Hz Clear Motion Index", and/or "120Hz CMI Effective Refresh Rate" when they had 60Hz native refresh rates.

Also of note, there are some data points required such as the model, place, and date purchased. So you would need to know that your model was sold during the date you select from the retailer you select. Hope you know what you are doing there, OP.
