I believe that means the code needs to be submitted to your account by that day and the credit expires within X number of days like it did in previous promotions. To max out this promotion you will need 2 separate purchases of $25 before tax.

It's a much worse promotion than they've had in previous years.
Edit: My digital receipt straight from Sam's online account was rejected because it couldn't be determined valid. (It was as valid and clear as possible.) ohh well. The movie choices were awful anyway.
