This is the only Superman movie you need to ever watch in my opinion. Sequels and remakes can never touch Christopher Reeves' Superman. Rest his soul.

Superman II is just as great, if not better. The villains with Lex Luthor - General Zod, Ursa, and Non - are fantastic in the sequel.

bring up the movie and you will see the option to Play and Extras under the image of Superman flying. CLICK Extras and the 3hr extended cut will start playing. It's there bro!

I like Donner, but the theatrical Superman 2 is better by far. If the Salkinds left him the f alone and let him make his 2 movies it'd probably be a different story. As most know they stole the ending of part 2 because they wanted to get part one out quicker.

It's too bad that Superman 4 was so bad - I heard that Superman V would have dealt with Brainiac - I probably would have enjoyed that one quite a bit, had it been made. Looking back at them, I feel that III & IV should have been based on comic book plots, rather than what they ended up with. Instead, we ended up with only Batman movies through the 90's.....

As weird as this sounds I tried on my pc and it says I can play/download. When I click on the extras a new screen pops up when I hover I get a red icon and it says full experience available with he purchase. So weird.
