For those of you wondering how it compares to an SM58, here's one of the reviews:

"Right out of the box, I was surprised by how hefty this mic was. Despite being from a "generic" brand, the mic feels every bit as sturdy and well-made as a name-brand mic. In fact, holding it side-by-side with a Shure SM 58, it felt just as solid.

In an AB test with this mic and the SM 58, and the audio results were equally impressive. The AmazonBasics mic sounded a little more treble-y, and was a bit more sensitive. There was also more noise from handling the body of the mic that on the Shure. Nontetheless, the overall sound was surprisingly good."
