begins on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on October 18, 2022 at 12:01AM EST

open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding New York Florida, and Rhode Island), eighteen (18) years of age or older (or other age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract with FTX.US) at the time of entry, who participate in either of the two methods of entry as detailed below and are either New or Existing Users. A "New User" is an individual that has not already created a FTX App account at the time of entry. An Existing User is an individual that has already created a FTX App account at the time of entry.

How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, New & Existing Users may enter by completing the following steps:

(a) Entry via Landing Page – New & Existing User

i. Participants will visit a landing page posted on FTX Social Media channels: FTX Instagram (@FTX_Official) or Twitter (@FTX_Official) social media sites, or (if applicable) contained in an email at ftx.us/mlb2022.

ii. Pick a league from the two choices. For the American League click the appropriate icon or enter promo code WS22A, and for the National League click appropriate icon or enter promo code WS22N.

iii. You will be directed to either sign in to your existing FTX.us account, or you will be required to create an FTX.us account. To set up an FTX.us account, you must provide the required information as instructed on the FTX.us website and complete the required verification process.

Entry via FTX Email Blast – Existing User

i. As an FTX US customer, participants will receive an email which includes a promotional code and link to a landing page.

ii. User will then arrive to a landing page where you will pick a league from the two choices. For the American League click the appropriate icon or enter promo code WS22A, and for the National League click appropriate icon or enter promo code WS22N.

iii. You will be directed to either sign in to your existing FTX.us account, or you will be required to create an FTX.us account. To set up an FTX.us account, you must provide the required information as instructed on the FTX.us website and complete the required verification process

(c) Entry by E-Mail: To enter by e-mail without obligation, you must send an email with your first and last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and telephone number to [email protected] with the subject title "FTX Ticket Giveaway Promotion - Entry," prior to conclusion of the Promotion Period. Email entries must be received by the conclusion of the Promotion Period. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for such email entry received as stated above.

Only one (1) entry per person, household and/or email address is permitted, regardless of method of entry.

Prize Drawing Dates

i. October 5, 2022 – Wild Card Game

ii. October 7, 2022 – Division Series

iii. October 14, 2022 – League Championship Series

iv. October 24, 2022 – World Series

Prizes and Odds: The prizes to be awarded from the Sweepstakes are as follows:

(a) Wild Card Series Prize*:

i. For up to thirty (30) unique winners, each winner will be assigned a Wild Card Round and receive two (2) tickets for one (1) game (the "Game") in their assigned round for themselves and one (1) guest. Approximate retail value: $700.00 (USD) per winner, $21,000 in total for the Wild Card Round.

(b) Division Series Prize*:

i. For up to twenty-five (25) unique winners, each winner will be assigned an American or National League Divisional Round and receive two (2) tickets for one (1) game (the "Game") in their assigned round for themselves and one (1) guest. Approximate retail value: $800.00 (USD) per winner, $20,000 in total for the Divisional Round.

(c) League Championship Series Prize*:

i. For up to ten (10) unique winners, each winner will be assigned either the American or National League Championship round and receive two (2) tickets for each game (the "Game") in their assigned round for themselves and one (1) guest. Approximate retail value: $1,200.00 (USD) per winner, $12,000 in total for the League Championship Series.

(d) One (1) Grand Prize – World Series Game*:

i. For up to five (5) unique winners, they will receive two (2) tickets for one (1) World Series game (the "Game") for themselves and one (1) guest. Approximate retail value: $1,500.00 (USD) per winner, $7,500 in total for the World Series

Total Approximate Retail Value of Prizes: $60,500.00 (USD)
