Starting on October 13, 2022 at 12:00am PT and ending on October 22, 2022 at 11:59pm PT, Google Store has higher trade-in values for certain eligible phones when you buy a Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro.

Pixel 6a is not available for trade in because it's new and Google still sells them.

I had the Best Buy trade in all set and literally just got an email confirming that my phone is ready but that was going to be $246 out of pocket and a $200 gift card. Even then if I wasn't happy with the P7 I'd be paying a restocking fee. So I think I'm all in for this, instead.

edit: it was $850 last night when new promotion went live, looks like they changed it to 925 this morning.
And yeah, this is much better than gift cards back. I'd be upset if I had done the previous deal because I'd just have to order again with this deal.
edit: Don't forget to combine with the Google One subscription discount. $10/mth for 2 months would get you about $90 back in store credit on the $900 7 Pro.
