Common issue amongst FF. Tends to happen when they change seasonal items too - and it appears without a drawn out process to get your $$ back the easiest thing to do is just accept a different item. I've had that issue with McD, BK, DD, Wendy's and CFA.
And these rewards are a joke. A "FREE" breakfast sandwich isn't free when you're paying $5 for the required drink.

They both have terrible food IMO.

$1 mediums when the New York jets and giants would win their games…which was rare back then 😂
their twitter support is similar, too, usually only requiring a single contact. also, if you fill out the receipt survey you get the free donut w/ drink purchase, but more importantly if you rate it like three or below or so, it will ask you if you want to be contacted about it..which usually means they just boot it back down to the store manager to try to resolve, but at least you know someone saw your complaint. i've only dealt with this once or twice, but a manager has personally called or emailed and asked if [x] would make up for the hassle/frustration/whatever, which is appreciated when it's a franchised chain this big.
idk about the guy trying to compare starbucks as being cheaper, but that has never been my experience, at any dunkin or starbucks i've gone to lol. starbucks food is like, $3.50 for a muffin, $8-10 for a sandwich or a box. although i guess dunkin got drid of their $2/3 wake-up wraps deal, now that was great for the occasional bite, when i didn't want mcdonald's, etc.

I am wondering if they'll up their offer/promos to compensate. They've had a running promo when you mobile order on Mondays you get 100 pts regardless of what the order is, so just roll by and get the ~$1.09 hash browns; for example.
Dunkin' could be a hit or miss depends on the location. There are four thinking nearby my home and on my way to work. Some store never have them midnight Brew which is the strongest taste coffee, and even if they have it it tastes weak. I only found one that have consistently taste good, the midnight brew that taste strong and rich.
