Does anyone know if I've got the offer loaded onto my Amex card, and if the card is the default mode of payment on my Walmart account, and if I use Walmart pay on their kiosks, will this qualify as a transaction that credits the $2 back?

I've had this in the past when I rarely used the card to tap. Now I almost exclusively tap to pay, and no offer, so I assume it's an awareness campaign to entice people to use this feature of their cards.

Just do split transactions at your grocery store... $2 on the card with the offer and the rest on whatever card you use for groceries regularly (for me it's the Amex Preferred with 6% on groceries). I haven't come across a major grocery store that won't do split transactions.

How many of you remember the ISIS app offer with Amex Serve for $1 back any purchase over $1 ? With a $50 cap per month. I used to buy so much from dollar tree until it lasted.

I just did a split transaction every time at the grocery store... $2-$3 on this card and the rest on our regular CB credit card for groceries. Mostly all grocery stores will also split transactions on multiple credit cards.
