Worked on a previous account that had been inactive for a while. Did not work on a recently discontinued account.
Offer screen is a little messed up, promo details popup discusses 4 months at $5.95. But it showed a $0.00 total and mentioned 2 months elsewhere. No mention of 4 credits.
My best guess is it's 2 months, 1 credit per month, no charge.
It seems to be just 1 credit per month. The 4 free audiobook titles that the Panera ad mentions seems to just be the ones mentioned below the offer page. Sorry for any confusion.
