However, the AKG app has terrible reviews on both Apple and Google's stores, with many complaints about pairing and connectivity. I've also seen various reports of build quality issues related to both software and hardware, like one driver not working in bluetooth mode, broken hinges, and premature earcup wear.
Even with these issues they are somewhat tempting for only $80, but caveat emptor.

AKG has about 30% better batter6 life.
My main complaint about the JBL is that I cannot find myself a comfortable position given that JBl is a much lighter headset.
JBL still uses Micro USB.
AKG also have better Mic for call.
For me who travel a lot and use for long hours, AKG worth double the price

After reading some reviews, I went ahead and bought these.
What the reviews said that attracted me were:
Long period of wear comfort
BT5, USB-C
decent battery life
ANC isn't important to me, so here's to hoping for a good buy.
