I got this deal and none of the gift cards work. Reached out to them via email, phone and nothing worked still stuck with $100 plus the $10 gift cards that are "invalid" when I try to use them

I bought a $200 gift card and they sent 8x $10 gift cards, and the last two didn't work oddly enough. We got dinner that night, used two of the $10 cards that had been applied earlier, and afterwards I was able to apply the other two. I'm not 100% confident, but maybe there is a 12x gift card limit per account? That was where it cut me off at. Though with 5 gift cards you shouldn't have hit that limit unless you have more on your account already.
