I think underpants are definitely a personal choice. Some like polyester wicking, some feel like they are too hot. These cotton ones (first link) are actually my husband's favorite.
Jockey via their eBay store occasionally has great deals on "sample" packs. For $9.99 Jockey will give you 4 premium boxer briefs, each a different model. One of the samples included a cotton model that looks dope. Those boxers retail for $9.99 – $16.99 individually and are much higher quality than Hanes or the Fruit brand. I have Jockey briefs that are 3 years old, worn every week, and are still holding up.

TLDR: Skip Hanes and Fruit of Loom. Better options out there.
Tried handes and fruit of kaboom two times. Fabric much thinner, and quality much worse. Ride up is just super tight stitching, it is not elastic and it's quite bothersome when you sit down.

Agreed and cotton is best. Just pointing out that I have purchased both brands before with great results, quality of material, thickness of material is literally half what it used to be. The ride up is just stitching, if it was elastic it would be much better. Like I don't need 10 boxers, give me 7 or 8 but give me quality that lasts.

Mmmkay, I'll stop my whining now.

No need for under wear. It's like those holidays like valentines day. Its a corporate money grab. I just wear sweats and a tank top.
I made the mistake of buying Duluth Trading underwear for my boys and husband, and now that is all they want. Trouble is, they are so expensive. Are any of these Jockey styles similar to the Duluth Trading ones?
