Also mattresses are meant to be changed every 8 years or so. So I wouldn't waste too much time on one that is 7 yo.

Its little off topic, but thought of sharing my experience and if I can get some input.
Anyone knows how to get warranty support on a mattress which simply sags when u sleep on it and has lost its compression. We know it has gone bad as next day entire body pains. Its a foam mattress, and Zinus wants me to send them picture showing it sags more than 1.5" without anyone on it. I dont understand as how can I show this loss of compression and firmness. I told them as its foam, and hence it bounces back and doesnt keep sagging.
Initially they agreed to replace with 10" as they didnt have 12" of same model, or refund pro rated amount paid, but then their Mgmt team refused saying the pics dont show sagging and denied warranty claim unless I procide picture of sagging mattress. For change in firmness, then do not warrant and for compression, thats standard to change. But well, thats not how the mattress was. Seem like they only support sagging.
They advertise worrifree warranty, and now after 7 yrs when I need support they are denying it. Any idea as how or what u do to show the mattress has gone bad from compression and firmness perspective to get support? Thanks in advance for any help.
