Unilever error message help when accessing coupons

i receive various monthly emails from different unilever brands like hellmann's mayonaise and when accessing them to print the coupons usually $1.00 off item the page opens to

I am able to access and print just about any and all coupons online but when trying to print Uniilever coupons this message appears instead of being able to print the coupon.
I have the most updated version of Google Chrome and not sure whether this mistake is my own or that of Unilever.
I will try to access same offer from a different browser but contacting Unilever directly by phone does not solve the matter cause service reps are not tech follks.
i do obtain a coupon for a free item for taking the time to contact them but really would like to be able to print their coupons sent out each month to my inbox.
Any tech savvy guys here to explain if problem is mine or not?

Browser extensions or network firewalls that block ads could cause problems on a website like this.
If a grocery store in your area has digital coupons on their website, you may be able to get a similar coupon via that store's website.
You could try a Firefox or Edge but it may not make a difference. Be mindful of things like adblocking extensions installed in different browsers or try an incognito window.
They could be using your IP address to limit coupon redemptions, you could try your cell phone with wifi turned off.
Most likely it's just a buggy website. If you search in the coupons forum or on reddit you may encounter someone who's figured out the quirks of this particular coupon site.

odd, this is the only coupon format via email from brand name that deliver any error message. will need to try different browser.
all other coupons from brand names have not provided any issues over the years.
appreciate all the insight from yourselves.
will follow suggestions and most likely figure it out by mistake or from some suggestion.
