Has anyone bought one of these recently? From what I've read, everyone claims Dell cheaped out and didn't put any protection between the computer screen and the styrofoam which makes screen scratched a bit on shipping.

I bought one off Amazon recently and returned it because of those scratches. I guess it's YMMV if you get a good one.

I once returned a phone to amazon, they had me wait so long for a refund... I guess you had to go through the same jumping hoops and wait a month for money to be refunded?

I got one about 6 weeks ago. It's amazing and came in perfect condition.

It isn't instance anymore! It took me a month to get a refund for a 25 dollar product, this is due to many scammers returning items so now staff must open all returned items manually.

This already beats the MSRP of the upcoming model, also this model has GSYNC.
So that new model might not be worth waiting for

I'm passing on this offer, waiting for the Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 (hopefully it will be a reasonable price when it launches)

It wasn't super obvious to me, either, but I did a word search for "10%" and it pointed me to this tiny text nested at the top I glossed over:

"Select % back at checkout to get 10% back on your Amazon Prime credit card."

When checking out, there is a section that reads: "Items with additional rewards (1 item qualifies)" where you can see that you will get an additional 5% reward.

that sounds like 10% back in rewards, not 10% off the purchase.

Same, just returned an S22+ through their own UPS pickup it was 64 days until my 3rd complaint trail led to a refund. They simply will not refund an expensive phone at all costs. They were never going to refund me without me reaching out multiple times. They told me I was a few days away from a refund being impossible. Never again. Almost lost $780

FYI for anyone reading this thread, there was a 10% coupon for me on top of the 10% CB through the amazon card. I was able to get in on the deal. It's 1182 before 10% coupon and before 10% CB. YMMV as I'm not sure where the coupon came from and it definitely wasn't there yesterday.
