Just a warning.

Ralphs contracts the delivery to an Instacart driver.

My experience with ordering through Ralphs today was extremely discouraging due to the morally dissolute Instacart driver's decision to mark the few items, water, tide, and bacon, that I had ordered as out of stock and make $83.71 worth of purchases of unrelated groceries for him/her.

Additionally, the Instacart driver failed to deliver the order. Now, I have two charges pending on my Amex, one of which is the original amount of $51.76 and the other one is for the jack*** groceries in the amount of $83.71.

I notified Ralphs of the incident through the Chat function on their website. Although the representative claimed that he or she will initiate the refund, in the amount of the $83.71, that will consume 7-10 days, I haven't received confirmation yet.

Additionally, the additional charge of $51.76 remains.

The experience was extremely discouraging and I am not sure of how Instacart associated with such unqualified and morally bankrupt people.

Just my personal and disgruntling experience.

You could also do in-store pickup for this offer, might work out better if you live nearby.

I saw this offer on my account king back. I don't see much restrictions , so alcohol might be ok too? Also, Store pickup might be the best option here.
