It's likely skimmed cards from retail stores. I remember lots of complaints about redeemed cards from users who bought physical cards

Apple can shadow block you form buying apple hardware, if you load too many gift cards.It can be fixed, by calling apple support, than talking to a manger. You need to ask the manager to have upper management to look into the block.

Bought $250 fro eneba worked fine, then $250 a week ago , my account got block from buying hardware(you can buy apps). Called and upper management fixed my account.
