They gave me 15,000 points = $15 reward that can be used for anything on the website.

You must have a MyLenovo Rewards account (free to join). You can also earn additional points for completing a few tasks under My Account —> See My Rewards towards the bottom of the page. I did some tasks and got to $17.50 reward and used it to buy a backpack.

Note you still have to shell out money for tax because they won't let you use your reward to pay tax.

Use EXTRA5 code for additional 5% off.

I think they're being shady. They gave me 15,000 then the points just disappeared. Called today (11/21) they said they would credit the account in 3-5 days. You know, after Black Friday.

The SAME THING happened to a reward I received back in Dec 2022. It had May 2023 expiration. I checked today and it is gone. Were you able to get yours back/credited? This is SO DISAPPOINTING as I was looking forward to using it. This leaves a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth for Lenovo.
