Same, between that and the slight latency I was always getting, can't pull the trigger. But I did really like the product, those issues killed it for me. The latency wasn't on them though, had it with other programs too, tried everything and support through them too, just couldn't get it close enough to a real amp unfortunately. Good price though if it works for you.

Most recently for me with sample tank using reaper, I have to run reaper as administrator or sample tank crashes, and then if I loaded a project that had sampletank in it but I didn't have the same samples loaded into sampletank on my computer, the whole project would crash....
