Feels weird to have purchased both DLC at launch, with one taking 9 months to release, and who the hell knows on the 2nd. The older Horizon games had both DLC out by now if it matters.

And like I said about 5, in prior years, we had the 2nd expansion right around E3 of the following year, so we're way behind that schedule.

I've been playing it in Windows 10 with my current gear and the Force Feedback has been great!
- Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base (8 Nm)
- Fanatec ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2.5 with QR1 Quick Release Adapter
- Fanatec ClubSport Pedals V3 with Brake Performance Kit
That said, the game kept freezing on me randomly. After hours of troubleshooting, the culprit was Fanatec Driver verison 439. Once I went to 440 or later (I'm on the latest 447 now), the freezing went away and now the game runs flawlessly.https://forum.fanatec.c
Not only do I have to run my GT DD Pro Wheel Base in "PC Compatability Mode" (which I don't have to do for any of my other games like ACC or anything by CodeMasters), but some of the button assignments just don't work. For example, I have "Rewind" set to Button #3 and "Rewind More" set to Button #4, but the latter never works. I have to use a mouse.

I also didn't really dig the first DLC very much. The thing that makes me love FH and other driving games is a good mix of realism (the cars, the graphics, some of the physics) with the ridiculous (no issues flying through a field in a car with a 3" ground clearance). Lego and Hot Wheels took away enough realism for me to essentially find them boring. But based on how the community feels about the previous HW DLC, I may be in the tiny minority here.
But if you like FH5, this seems like a solid deal. VIP is great for double the in-game prize money, Car Pass is nice if you like collecting, and obviously the DLCs. I paid $45 for it at launch and think I overpaid a bit. $25-30 seems about right to me.
Last time i checked, Walmart has the game for 30 bucks.
