ABSOLUTE F*ING life changer!!! I LOVE my S7 MaxV Ultra. We have mostly hard floor with some sections of area rugs and it's amazing how this thing can manage to clean up everything. We have 3 cats, a bird, and a dog and I truly regret not getting this sooner. Now I only wish some of the refills go on sale as I am soon up for some replacements. The obstacle avoidance is impressive, and we also enjoy using it as a spy cam to watch our kitties when we're away. It's kinda hypnotic to just look at the camera stream when it's cleaning. The one thing I will mention though is that the dirty water tank does smell rank when you open it, so if you are disgusted by the thought of practically sewage sitting in that dock, you might want to clean the tank more often that when it's full.

Your comment is not helpful. What do you expect? Most of the products are made in China anyway.

And it's a vacuum, you worry on Chinese people knowing the map and layout of your house and how frequent you use the vacuum? Same thing will happen if this products is made in the US, US companies will also track the same data.

IMHO, i think this is not the best deal given it's call the Black Friday deals.

The discounted pricing is basically the same as past deals we have seen here. It's a shame, i was waiting to see the S7 MaxV Ultra, but it's still very pricey.

Avoid them all. Tik tok, Google, apple, Amazon, all use their data for profit and then support the destruction of any attempt at a decentralized web of owning your own data as a scam.

On the roborock sale the prices hold though I think the deal name has changed. It keeps tempting me so I'm probably keeping it alive by looking so hard at them repeatedly. Plus we keep talking on it.

100% go with roborock. My shark AI is a joke, shark should take note on how to properly code their robo products. My shark AI is not the problem. It's their terrible software/app. Constantly glitching, maps get erased, doesn't go into the right rooms, needs ALL the lights on to function properly..

They do. A version with such feature is available in the Chinese market for sometime.

S8 just launched. At this rate Roborock will be leading the robot vacuum. It is a shame because I want to support Roomba being they are US based. But it seems like their new line up is nothing revolutionary compare to Roborock.

I was in the same conflict, but FWIW iRobot is in the process of being acquired by Amazon.

I ended up going with the iRobot because of linked clean with my Braava, but with the acquisition I feel the dream of "supporting" any better company is dead sadly - just go with the best/cheapest for your need. Hope that helps!
