    Been ordering 2-pack dog food for a long time and recently had this issue. 50% refund and $5 giftcard from online chat.

    Just my experience but in the past, I put a few hot deals in S&S to save a $1.50 and by the time my S&S was ready to ship a few weeks later, it said cxl'd, no longer available. Hopefully you'll have better luck than me. My three furry chowhounds like Shiba seafood, so I'll just put in a regular order for a few two packs to make sure they get them.

    Thanks for letting me know. Chewy does a much, much better job packing their items than Amazon does. I've never received dented cans or cat food items haphazardly thrown in the shipping box from Chew like I do from Amazon. I'm surprised at how much effort Chewy puts into packing their items for shipment.
