Seems better to pay $10 more at Best Buy or target. Even less difference with their cards.

I got one recently. I know it's not high end but I'm surprised it didn't get much louder than it does. Disappointed.

As early as last month there doesn't appear to be any sort of leak or product map that points to the Nest Audio getting an upgrade. There is another "device" coming, most likely, in 2023 but early indications point to that being either a Nest Mini replacement or a new chromecast audio device.

You're right about Clover, but Buckeye might be a homepod-like product with UWB support.
No doubt, I'm wishfully speculating it'll replace this nest audio launched in 2019. Only time will tell
