    When Sony decides they don't wanna support you could lose access to any game at any time. Only way to truly own is with the disc. You can also resell discs after you're done. Not true of a digital copy.

    To name a few.. You can't lend your friend a digital copy. You can't feel a digital copy or see it on your shelf. You can't trade in a digital copy or bundle a digital copy with your system if decide to sell it.

    Dude stop being such a tool. We get it, you prefer digital copies. That is your prerogative. You've been told why some people prefer physical copies. And some people are just collectors by nature.

    This is the biggest one for me. I'm largely indifferent if the game is $15 or less and I know it's something I want to keep indefinitely. But too often you can eventually get a game for $10 on sale. I never keep anything I pay more than $20 for. I'll buy it on sale or used, beat it, sell it on ebay, then rebuy when it hits $10 or $15 if I feel inclined to play it again later.

    Even with a disc a lot companies still for you to download the game anyways. I understand downloading day 1 updates but these BDXL disc are capable of holding 128GB of data.

    I'm not promoting one or the other because they are both viable options depending on personal preferences. But almost every. single. time there's a mention of a digital copy anywhere on here, there's someone who immediately shoots out the "they're gonna take your games" doomsday scenarios.

    I own all these games already and still have not played 4 or lost legacy, so I guess I will just wait for a good upgrade sale if I want to play on ps5. $20 is too much.

    There's a $10 digital upgrade to this ps5 collection if you pop in one of the two ps4 disks. I don't own Lost Legacy yet but if the day comes when I want to play it, I can put in uncharted 4 and upgrade to the ps5 collection with both games

    The original post is for a physical game. So if anything, digital folks like yourself brought the subject up first. And your "doomsday scenario" has happened any number of times (not every time).

    I played the PS4 version of Thief's End on my PS5 (came free with it). That prompted me to spend the $10 to get 1-3 Remastered (just started the 3rd one last night). Is it worth the $20 for Lost Legacy? I don't see myself replaying Thief's End, even with better graphics.
