I just joined Verizon last month and I got the offer this time, but after clicked on the "Use Now" button on my phone it auto opened my Starbucks app and took me to the page where my reward points are, but nothing happened afterward. No message popped up. I waited for more than 24 hours and no points added by Starbucks either. I tried to follow the instructions above, but not seeing the "i" icon either. Has anyone had encountered this issue before? Thx!

Never mind, I just tried again and this time I got a success message about points will be added within 24 hours message. So I think it'll work this time. 😉

Should you be able to apply codes from two different Verizon accounts to a single SB account? The points from my wife's account's code is not showing up, but it could just be their delay. Or maybe I need to do it from the app instead of desktop.
