Had mine since day one. Aside from a little kink with FindMy, basically a little better in every way. Sounds a little better, NC a little better, battery life a little better, charging now with MagSafe, battery notices even without opening the case, FIndMy support, little speaker to find case and hear battery pings, VOLUME SLIDE CONTROLS, lanyard loop….. yeah, basically a little better in a dozen ways.

Was unable to pay with account balance. Called and was passed along multiple times but in the end CS placed an order for me and used the account balance for the entire amount.
