It works really good. Cleaned up coffee stains off my carpet, and did a good job of making them look in great condition (not new but clean).
I mainly used it for cars afterwards, I cleaned 5 or 6 car interiors with the various hand wands it had. Worked great on dusty old carpet or carpet with dirt stains.
Its not a super reliable unit though. I got maybe 15 uses out of mine before the hand wand portion stop working. And the whole unit stopped suctioning shortly after. FInancially it was a huge saving vs a carpet cleaning company. Bummer mine broke so fast but at least I got my moneys worth.
