The terms say your Amazon Business accounts needs to be less than 7 days old for the offer to apply. My account is a few weeks old so I guess I'm not eligible even though I haven't made a purchase yet.

"Promotional credit only applies to customers that has less than 7 days since they registered to Amazon Business..."
