Riding Lawn Mower/Tractor Deal?

Hello! I am in the market for my first Riding Lawn Mower/tractor. Not interested in a zero turn. Was curious if anyone has come across any "deals" for this years Black Friday? Been watching my local "Big Box Stores" since late Summer, but no clearance was available in my area; will list "details" below" on what I am looking for. Thank you!
1) Brand does not matter
2) Would prefer a 42" or 46" deck
3) Open to Electric or Gas Riding Mowers
4) For about 1 acre of flat land
5) Looking for a Riding Mower that is compatible with a snow plow and a bagging/mulching system.
6) Preferred budget to of $3500.00 or less, unless a bundle deal including various attachments.
