Friendly heads up!!! Starlight Blue, Nova Pink and Galactic Purple at their launch were a version 2 of the DualSense controller which is the newest version. Since then the white, midnight black and cosmic red controller have also been updated. To find out if you have version 1 or 2 look on the back of the controller for the FCC ID. If the last digit is a 1 its version 1, if the last digit is an A its version 2. They put stronger springs on the triggers and redesigned plastic around the thumb sticks.

The Sony controllers by a far margin. I use DS4Windows to get perfect Xbox controller emulation under Windows. DS4/DS5 have a MUCH better feel to the buttons (especially the triggers) and I can program at least 8 more buttons with the Sony controllers over the Xbox. The last DS4 controller I had lasted 8 years and it STILL works.

I'm thinking of getting another DS5 with this deal since I doubt we'll see it at this price again anytime soon. Talk me out of it, guys lol

I just placed an order. they're shipping it to me. but the gum filler is pickup in store. also try different coupon codes. I used DISCOVER.
