View Deals Based on My Saved Alert Keywords

Is there a way I can view complete list of deals based strictly on "all" my alert selections, in essence view a deal list of my personal deal alert keywords. This would be from a browser and the app.
I recently had to disable my SD text deal alerts on my phones due to extremely high battery drain. Just receiving text deal alerts (without even opening them in the app) puts the SD app at the top of my smartphones % battery usage (by far). I can solve it by force stopping the app, denying background usage, or turning off deal alerts in the settings. In all those cases I no longer receive deal alerts.
I am OK with just visiting the web site or opening the app and viewing a summary of the deal alerts I would have received. Can I do that from my desktop browser and android phone app?

If you are on the Classic version of our site, you can find that page by clicking on the (!) icon in the top right corner.

On the redesigned desktop site, when I click Notifications, I only get "You were quoted in a thread" messages. No deals.

Please scroll down on this page and then click Classic near the bottom right corner.

and near the bottom, under My Notification Options, please make sure that Hide the notification when you get a Deal Alert isn't checked. If it is, uncheck it and save.
You can then return to Redesign by scrolling down and clicking Redesign near the bottom left corner.
If you had that box checked, threads that you "missed" while it was checked won't show up on the Notifications page, but any future Deal Alert notifications should.

They may not be showing up on that Notifications page because you have forum notifications turned off for each of the Deal Alerts - it seems as though that setting covers both the pop ups and the Notifications page list.
If you'd like to test that out, you can try turning on forum notifications for one of the Deal Alerts that you receive notifications for more frequently and see if once you get an alert for that, if it gets added to that Notifications page.
