Update: it looks like they fixed the issue. I tried to place an order for pickup a min ago and I didn't get the error message. The BOGO promo code is working for pickup now. Proof: https://imgur.com/a/vcycXyv


I don't know why the down votes and my comment got hidden! I got my BOGO code, and it's for delivery only. I know it's not mentioned anywhere which is a bummer.

I received email "Chipotle Receipt for Purchase" with order received (shows bonus card order received). I selected gift card, shouldn't I be receiving email with gift cards including Bonus card?

I'm reasonably sure online means a pickup order placed online here.

Don't know if it's every location, but the one by me has been making the burritos smaller and smaller over the last couple of years. Last time I went, mine was about the size of a baseball. Haven't been back since. By now, the burrito in this picture might be actual size.

Receiving the same "delivery only" error when I try to use BOGO promo code. I am guessing it will get fixed, as the coupon itself says it's for pickup/to go as well.

Delivery by either app or online.
Pretty sure online means on their website and it has to be a delivery.
