Unfortunately ALLPOWERS known to sell overrated panels. It's probably 120w per spec

80% is typical, 160watt would be nice but 140watt is not bad. Name brand 200watt panels are in the $350-400 price range.

You can buy 2 of these and get 280-300 watt

I'm looking myself to buy some cheap portable panels. I studied their 140W panel which can't produce more than 90w (its been $126 recently). As reference I own golabs 100W (PV) which can produce 90W for hours on sunny days.
