One important note is that while the normally-packaged EDH decks from New Capenna came with two-card Collector Booster samplers, these minimal-packaging ones probably do not—or if they do, that's where the resealed problem DOES come into play. But at these prices, for newer players, those decks are still extremely good value at these prices.

Just google "amazon magic resealed" - plenty of people are receiving reseals, some people are refused refunds after escalating, or even having their accounts closed after returning them.
No thanks, I'll stick to local game shops or legitimate retailers who don't commingle.
