She's a new homeowner and didn't know anything about impacts etc. I had her send it back and replaced it with a good Metabo clearance set. For $57 it's fine but it's for sure one of the more chinsy setups I have used. I paid $50 for a Ryobi impact with battery and thought it was better.
Lowwwww expectations on this one. Fine for a first timer, no one with any experience would want to use the impact. Drill was fine I guess.
