I bought one of those Zippo Butane Lighters on a previous SD deal, and if you're interested, it was just posted, again, at the same price.
Here's a link to the current Zippos butane lighter deal. That said, Walmart's price of $3.96 for almost 6 oz was by far the best deal I could find. Walmart also has this brand in a smaller 2.75 oz size for $2.82, but this would be twice the size for a little over only a dollar more.
Note - I bought 3 of these, myself. One Walmart near me was sold out, and another one had a bunch, but the one that had a bunch had them marked at $4.96. I showed the cashier the website showing $3.96 and she adjusted the price with no issue. Just be aware.

Their high-altitude "high performance" product probably has a different mixture (probably more propane added in) but works really well for cleaning a lighter clogged-up with deposits, but is also presumably harder on the lighter components.
Prices are stupid these days, unfortunately. I would say a "deal" is getting the larger 400mL can for $6 or less, but it sells out and often goes for double that.
Some Kroger brands carry Colibri [fredmeyer.com] in-store for $6.95 which is also a quality product.

The above said, I noticed you didn't mention UK made Whip-It when mentioning premium butanes. They claim to be the most premium, but I'm not sure who determines which butane is better than the other... but I did notice that a third party seller on Amazon is selling a 12 pack of Whip-It butane for $48 [amazon.com], and the bottles are 420ml a piece, which is fairly large for butane bottles. I did some quick math and that comes out to about $0.95 per 100 ml (but you have to buy $48 worth) while this Ronson / Walmart deal comes out to about $1.37 per 100ml, but you only have to buy one bottle at $3.96.
