We don't like being scammed, so why would scamming the vendor be acceptable?

They have an INCREDIBLY-HIGH failure rate.
Do not trust these drives with anything important. Period.
The controller enjoys bricking, and you'll get 'SATAFIRM11' showing up in the BIOS. MC has better drives; get one of those instead.
