Time kills oil just as effectively as mileage. I change mine religiously every 6 months/5000 miles, whichever comes first. Oil is cheap, engines aren't. YMMV.
Lots of ways to triple dip this deal with rebate sites, auto zone rewards and digital wallet payments. Mine was free shipping for 8, used my $20 auto zone rewards, 2% rebate and 5% DC for digital wallet. Basically ~$2.37 apiece.
Chrisfix has this tested, almost no effect in cleaning lol

What's the difference between this and the Techron Fuel Injector Cleaner (https://www.autozone.com/fuel-and...6069_0_0)?

My service advisor recommended the latter.

Maybe related to this, how often do you guys do oil change if you don't drive much at all (less than 50 miles weekly)?

Every 24 months, if the vehicle has a turbo I would do sooner. Also depends on your climate. If you live in a very humid place wouldn't go that long either.
You mean this cleaner or oil change? Cause 24 months for oil change is a bit much, right? What will happen to the engine oil staying in that long?

Time kills oil just as effectively as mileage. I change mine religiously every 6 months/5000 miles, whichever comes first. Oil is cheap, engines aren't. YMMV.

If you only put 2-3 thousands miles within 6 months, will you still change? My local car shops used to charge $20-30 per change. They are all now $50 or more with coupon.

We have an "extra" car that gets used once a month at most; probably under 1000 miles a year. It gets drygas spring and fall, a dose of fuel stabilizer if it's going to sit for a while, and I get the oil changed annually. Moisture destroys everything, so keeping everything fresh and dry will (hopefully) preserve it for when it gets more regular use.

Yes I change it anyway. The engines in my cars are incredibly expensive so a $150/car oil change is cheap insurance for me. I do my own oil changes fwiw so $150 is approximately my all-in cost for 8 quarts of oil plus filter and supplies.

Whatever helps u sleep at night, poster of the question said, 50 miles a week so in 6 months it's 1300 miles the manufacturer would typically recommend once a year which would be 2600. I say if the vehicle is NA and you're not in high humidity you could go longer. Since we're into stuff the honestly matters mostly in an academic sense, fresh oil supposedly has the most detergents and is when significant wear happens, so if you did change oil every 1300 miles, may not be a good thing, again, a lot of this stuff is very debated with little conclusions, engine related failures due to oil change frequency is pretty non existent with reasonable changes like following the OLM. Not saying u won't have trouble with never changing or running low or the the wrong oil, just saying if you only followed your OLM for changes, you'll be fine. Do whatever helps u sleep at night.

My current vehicles I'm changing about every 4500-5000k miles which ends up being between 6-12 months depending on the vehicle, mostly short trips. I'm not worried about it at all. If I was doing mostly freeway I would do every 6000-7500.
