I got the $5 as usual. What's funny is I just made a pick-up order for Thursday for $90, that will hopefully auto adjust down to $54 since the one game is a $15.99 in store clearance title. Plus yesterday I made another order using this $5 on another $15.99 in store clearance game, which auto adjusted the last time. We'll see I guess. I have to be in the area for an appointment that day anyway.

I literally get like 2-3 emails daily from them; the 4 hour deals, 20 days of deals, & whatever else they're promoting via email.

Yet I don't get these anymore. Probably been 2 years now since the last one.

I don't know how this company stays in business. I've literally been trying to pick-up an online Best Buy order for an open box item for a month and they literally have no idea why the order is stuck other than "we're busy it is the holidays". What? Your website literally says pickup in 1 hour for the item! Even worse, I went to the store and no one could help and I have a $250 gift card tied up that they don't know how to refund. What is even more laughable was that there were literally 3 open box laptops sitting in the cage at the store at the same price point and "customer service" said they did not know how to assign one of them to my order and I'd have to reach out to online support. I don't think I've seen a finer Rube Goldberg example of order fulfillment.

Nope, since the reward is tagged to the individual rewards account.
