I don't think the k380 ever came with a touchpad.

K400 and K830 come with touchpad.

I returned it. Lag and sticky keys with my new build just like in old days. Looking for same size 2.4g.

Yes but not like k400 with the pad that looks like a toy laptop from late 90s. Similar MS keyboard has a nice large pad but i read some bad reviews and it's more expensive than k400. I like the keys on 380. 400 is not so good for typing.

I've had my K380 for over 5 years now - it works great with my smartphones. Lightweight and reliable. And as a touch typist, the keyboard travel allows me to type reasonably quickly on it. A steal at $20!

Best keyboard ever. 3 devices can be connected from Mac, iPad and windows. Switching between devices with one button is the best. Battery is easily 2 years with normal use.

Lag is due to BT3.0. Boards with BT5.0 and above come close to 2.4g performance.

B550 board has 5.1. Damn. Still for half the price i'm using POS Rii mouse keyboard that just works like a regular wired keyboard. I like the keypress and size, very good for fast typing. I like Logi too but the lag and sticky keys makes it unusable. I don't want BT5.x "close to 2.4" performance. Close to won't do it for me. I need same what i have now with 2.4g. Will not touch another one until they make 2.4g. I've tried k400 but the keys are not for typing or gaming. More like for HTPC or TV.
