Generally, toys are seasonal so they're somewhere in the middle of the store - not against the outside walls. Somewhere behind the snacks, on either side of the clothing section. The exact location will vary by warehouse. Always possible they're hidden somewhere else; Costco does funny things sometimes.

Looks like they're normally $29.99 in-store, with the same $10 off as online. Makes it $19.99, or $5.02 more than the online price. Not on clearance in-store unless your region is different.

This is correct. I just found the last one in my local store and it was 29.99 - 10.00 discount. Tried to price match at register and customer service counter, and they said they do not match their online prices as it is a different entity.
