I wish I could say "yes" emphatically but this year there's been serious issues with the Running Warehouse returns department. They're still a good store to buy from but recent delays in processing returns and issuing refunds has irked me. If you need to return your shoes expect to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. It can take 7-10 days just for their staff to get to your return package AFTER it's delivered to the warehouse,

This week I had to call to get my refund on a package that was delivered to their returns department back on November 28th. The phone customer rep was helpful. However, my earlier emails inquiring about missing/delayed refund went unanswered for 3 days. I experienced a similar delay back during the summer. Very frustrating. Their customer service used to be on point up until last year. Now it seems that they are in disarray and understaffed.

I bought some Bondis a few months ago to wear to work. I was hoping it was going to help my foot and knee pain. The shoes were very comfortable but at the end of the day I still had terrible foot, knee, and ankle pain. I returned them and went back to my old, dilapidated Skechers and was fine. I don't understand how such a comfortable shoe caused me more pain.

Closest equivalent is Hoka Clifton 6, naturally. It's a good shoe for mild / dry trails.
thanks for the info. cheers
