This offer seems like a high percentage value 50% credit back for a very commonly frequented grocery store around my area. Fred Meyers is part of the Kroger family of grocery stores so maybe there will be an offer for your local Kroger-affiliated store instead.

Some ideas for shopping, at least I can provide examples of what is showing available for me. YMMV, and *you got to shop and look for coupons* as usual for most grocery stores. Here I see a weekly coupon for $2.99 ice cream (Ben&Jerry, Talenti including layers!), $0.99/lb chicken (thighs, drumsticks, whole), Dairygold Lactose-Free 1/2 Gallon Milk $3.49 with additional $1 coupon to clip, etc and more which seems like fair prices. There's potential for more savings with a $15 off $75 on first delivery/pickup coupon too.
