PRIZES. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, a total of two (2) prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each prize is two (2) general admission tickets to a concert of winner's choosing at Resorts World Theater in Las Vegas, NV scheduled to take place between February 1, 2023 and April 1, 2023 (the "Event"); round-trip, economy class air or train transportation for two (2) from the major airport or train station nearest prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport or train station nearest the concert venue; transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel and back to airport or train station; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for one (1) night (which may be extended to two (2) nights at the sole discretion of Administrator or Sponsor) and a stipend to use towards meals. In connection with the hotel room provided to Winner, only the room rate, tax, and resort fees are complimentary, and date(s) of Winner's stay are subject to availability and blackout dates. Approximate retail value (ARV) of total prizing awarded under this Sweepstakes is: Five Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($5,400.00).
